Is your group looking for something different to do?

We offer a special event class. We will include our Intro to Kickboxing instruction plus some core and strength training. These classes are 1 hour long and include all gloves and equipment needed. $200 for a group up to 10 people and $10 per person up to 16. Number of guests must be booked 2 weeks in advance.

Everyone must be over the age of 18 or accompanied by a parent or guardian.
