Paula made a life change in 2017 following her dream as a fitness instructor. After starting at Fightgirl as a trainer in 2018 and then moving into management in 2019, she became the owner of the all women's gym in 2020. With Paula's positive attitude and her passion for fitness, she has developed a one of a kind accountability program to help women reach their goals. After becoming a Nutrition Coach she now has a 28 Day Nutrition Jump Start to help you eat right as you work towards your fitness goals. Her high energy and positive motivation makes your time in class fun as you sweat.
Veronica is an OG Fightgirl from 2015. Her passion for fitness led her to become a trainer. She enjoys helping individuals reach their fitness goals and takes pride in personalizing workouts when necessary. She loves coaching the women of Fightgirl because of the infectious tenacity & encouragement they collectively bring to each class. Outside of Fightgirl, Veronica is the proud mother to 2 adult children and 1 teenage daughter. She enjoys staying active, working out and traveling with her newlywed wife, Leigh, family road trips and impromptu family dance. She recently earned her B.A. in psychology as well as a minor in child & family science from Fresno State. She'll be adding the School Psychology Graduate program to her schedule Fall 2021 while maintaining her training at Fightgirl and Title 29. or Fightgirl as well as the affiliated coed gym Urban Block (now Title 29). Veronica has remained coaching at each facility since the opening and re-opening of each gym.
Fitness has been apart of Lindsay's life since she was 10 years old. She believes age and gender holds no boundaries. Through out her whole life she has been a competitive athlete in various sports such as Karate, Tae Kwon Do, Boxing, Spartan racing and long distance running. She has competed on National levels in Tae Kwon Do, achieving gold & silver medals. She also won a gold medal at the US Police & Fire games in Boxing, held a title in UCA Law Enforcement Boxing and more recently been named 2019 Female Masters Central Valley Runner of the Year. She loves to share her passion of fitness with others.
Jen is an OG Fightgirl from day #1 back in 2014. She is a runner, competing in several RunDisney races and enjoys trying new fitness challenges with her favorite local race being the Fresno Urban Run. She also completed the Susan G. Komen 3 Day, 60 mile walk in November 2019 and hopes to do the walk again in the future. She was hired at Fightgirl in early 2020 as the assistant manager and quickly moved into the manager position with the change in ownership June 2020. During the summer of 2020 she became certified in personal training and also as a kickboxing instructor. She's been told by several members that while she looks sweet, her workouts are evil, ha!
At age 11 Celina was in boxing, moved to Fresno and joined sports in middle school. Football (being the only female football player), track, cross country and soccer. Celina continued running throughout high school. Later being a Mom of three, Celina joined a gym that had kickboxing and loved it - she couldn't wait to become a member. Finding Fightgirl had helped Celina continue to stay healthy. Later becoming a trainer, it allowed her to be apart of empowering women. Aside from Fightgirl, Celina loves to hike, read and have a house full of kids. Celina runs as much as she can and tries to join a 5k at least once a month. November 2021 she ran her first full marathon. She loves it when one of her nieces or nephew of hers wants to join her for a fun run.
Regine is an East Coast girl turned Californian. Fitness has always played a huge roll in her life as she is a retired professional ballerina who has traveled the world training and performing. Her strict training as a ballet dancer and teacher is what she believes contributes to the discipline she has developed to coach and continue her own training. Regine's great accomplishment is being a mother of five beautiful children. After graduating with a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice while being a stay at home mom, she decided to pursue a career in law enforcement which lead her to train at Fightgirl Fitness. Although she decided in the end she would devote her career to real estate, she continued to train daily at Fightgirl. She felt alive and healthy again finding her own identity after motherhood. Kickboxing became a passion and also a way of life. The community and culture at Fightgirl is unique and she holds it very close to her heart. Regine focuses on form and flexibility in her classes. She is beyond excited and proud to work with women to achieve their personal fitness goals.
