Paula made a life change in 2017 following her dream as a fitness instructor. After starting at Fightgirl as a trainer in 2018 and then moving into management in 2019, she became the owner of the all women's gym in 2020. With Paula's positive attitude and her passion for fitness, she has developed a one of a kind accountability program to help women reach their goals. After becoming a Nutrition Coach she now has a 28 Day Nutrition Jump Start to help you eat right as you work towards your fitness goals. Her high energy and positive motivation makes your time in class fun as you sweat.
Jen is an OG Fightgirl, being a member since day 1 in 2014. She loves RunDisney races and enjoys trying new fitness challenges with her favorite local race being the Fresno Urban Run. She was hired at Fightgirl in early 2020 as the assistant manager and quickly moved into the manager position with the change in ownership June 2020. During the summer of 2020 she became certified in personal training and also as a kickboxing instructor. She's been told by several members that while she looks sweet, her workouts are evil, ha!
Coach Alexis loves to stay active. She grew up playing soccer and continues to stay active by working out regularly, going on hikes and walking her dog. She has been a vet tech for 15 years and recently became a licensed aesthetician.
I have always leaned towards group exercise classes. Exercising with others helps me stay focused and accountable to my goals. Fitness is the journey of loving yourself. To embrace the challenge, to make positive changes. Exercise helps us in so many ways other than our outward appearance. Being consistent will pay off!
Coach Jen has always loved participating in sports. In high-school, she swam and played soccer. She has always loved cycling and started getting into triathlons in 2018, though, she is not a fan of the running portion. Swimming has always been her favorite type of exercise as it is a total body workout and there is just something healing about the water. Cycling takes a close 2nd!
