Paula made a life-changing decision in 2017 when she chose to pursue her dream of becoming a fitness instructor. She joined Fightgirl as a trainer in 2018, stepped into a management role in 2019, and became the proud owner of the all-women’s gym in 2020.
With her positive attitude and passion for fitness, Paula has developed a one-of-a-kind accountability program designed to help women reach their goals. After becoming a certified Nutrition Coach, she also created a 28-Day Nutrition Jump Start to support healthy eating alongside fitness progress. Known for her high energy and encouraging motivation, Paula makes every class both fun and challenging—so you’ll enjoy the sweat while working toward lasting results.

Jen is an original Fightgirl member, having been part of the community since day one in 2014. She’s a passionate runner who loves RunDisney races and enjoys taking on new fitness challenges, with her favorite local event being the Fresno Urban Run. Jen joined the Fightgirl team in early 2020 as Assistant Manager and quickly stepped into the Manager role following the change in ownership in June 2020. That same summer, she earned her certifications in personal training and kickboxing instruction. While she may look sweet, members will tell you her workouts are anything but—challenging, effective, and a little bit evil (in the best way!).
Coach Alexis has always had a passion for staying active. She grew up playing soccer and continues to maintain an active lifestyle through regular workouts, hiking, and walking her dog. With 15 years of experience as a veterinary technician, Alexis brings a strong background in care and dedication to everything she does. She recently expanded her skill set by becoming a licensed aesthetician, reflecting her continued commitment to health, wellness, and helping others feel their best.

I have always gravitated toward group exercise classes, as working out alongside others helps me stay focused and accountable to my goals. Fitness is a journey of self-love—embracing challenges and making positive changes along the way. Exercise supports us in countless ways beyond outward appearance, strengthening both body and mind. With consistency and commitment, the results will always pay off.

Coach Jen has always had a love for sports and staying active. In high school, she competed in both swimming and soccer. She has long enjoyed cycling and began training for triathlons in 2018—though she’ll happily admit the running portion isn’t her favorite. Swimming remains her preferred form of exercise, offering a true total-body workout and a sense of calm and restoration that comes from being in the water. Cycling is a close second!

Coach Nikki is a certified personal trainer and IFBB Pro Women’s Bodybuilding athlete with a passion for helping people get stronger, leaner, and more confident. She brings high energy, expert coaching, and real-world experience to every class.
Nikki is excited to lead kickboxing and HIIT sessions that are challenging, empowering, and fun—designed to push limits while being approachable for all fitness levels.
She’s here to motivate, coach, and help you leave every workout feeling stronger than when you walked in.

Coach Nicole has been an athlete since the age of five, beginning with soccer and never slowing down. With years of playing experience and four years coaching high school girls’ soccer, she brings both passion and energy to Fightgirl Fitness. Her workouts are fun, high-energy, and designed to challenge you—so expect to feel accomplished (and maybe a little sore) the next day! When she’s not on the floor coaching, Nicole is continuing her education in massage therapy, further expanding her commitment to health and wellness.
