At least half of every class is dedicated to kickboxing, providing a full-body cardio workout suitable for all fitness levels. Whether you’re just starting out or are more experienced, kickboxing is a fun and effective way to elevate your fitness.
The other half of each class focuses on building strength and toning your entire body. These full-body workouts ensure you won’t miss a thing, helping you become stronger and more sculpted.
Our classes change daily, from the timing and exercises to the order we perform them. Our owner carefully switches up the muscles targeted within each muscle group to ensure optimal recovery, even for those who join every day.
With our InBody scan every 30 days, you'll be able to track your progress with detailed insights. We can also use this information to help you overcome any plateaus that may occur along the way.
Having trouble staying on track with your classes? We conduct weekly attendance checks and will send you a friendly reminder to get back to class and stay consistent.
You choose the number of classes you want to attend each week, and that’s what you get. Classes don’t roll over or carry forward, ensuring you stay consistent with your program.
Need guidance with your diet but aren’t sure where to start? Our Nutrition Coaches are here to help. We offer a base meal plan that lets you start small and gradually build toward a more structured plan. It’s all about mastering one step at a time and building from there.
Members get access to: 1. Meal plans tailored to different eating styles. 2. Workbooks covering Nutrition, Mindset, and Overall Well-being, with new resources added each month—all FREE for our members.
With a maximum of 16 participants per class, your coach is able to monitor everyone closely and provide guidance on your form and technique.

Newest equipment ...Receive an Impact Score and be able to follow your progress! The Impact Score is our proprietary metric that is a composite of power, speed, and frequency. Think about it as your total energy output on the bag. That’s the number we show on the leaderboard in class with more detailed metrics like strike count, average force, and more are delivered to the member’s inboxes and apps.
We offer free in-house challenges to keep you motivated and engaged, from weight loss percentage and attendance goals to the exciting 1000 Rep Challenge held twice a month. It’s a great way to track your progress, strength, and endurance while having fun!
