Regine is an East Coast girl turned Californian. Fitness has always played a huge roll in her life as she is a retired professional ballerina who has traveled the world training and performing. Her strict training as a ballet dancer and teacher is what she believes contributes to the discipline she has developed to coach and continue her own training. Regine's great accomplishment is being a mother of five beautiful children. After graduating with a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice while being a stay at home mom, she decided to pursue a career in law enforcement which lead her to train at Fightgirl Fitness. She felt alive and healthy again finding her own identity after motherhood. Kickboxing became a passion and also a way of life. The community and culture at Fightgirl is unique and she holds it very close to her heart. She got her certification and is now Head Trainer at Fightgirl Fitness. Regine focuses on form and flexibility in her classes. She is beyond excited and proud to work with women to achieve their personal fitness goals.
