Two ways to start at Fightgirl Fitness and unleash your inner champ!

You can jump into a free class and just start swinging or book into a Free Beginners Intro Class where we teach the fundamentals of Kickboxing at a slower pace. We'll cover punches, kicks, and give you all the details about Fightgirl Fitness.

We will tell you everything you need to know about Fightgirl. Don't worry about bringing anything; we've got you covered.

Just come dressed for a fantastic workout session. No children please.

 When you sign up you will receive a FREE pair of gloves to get started. Experience the power, the sweat, and the awesomeness of Fightgirl Fitness.

If you own gloves we will give you a Fightgirl Shirt or a discount on our mats. 

Accountability Program - We check attendance and message you to get you back on track.

Nutrition Program - Fill out a food log and meat with a Nutrition Coach for a meal plan.

Body Scans - Track you progress and get feedback from trainers

Supportive Community- Women supporting women on their fitness journey

We are located at 5626 N Blackstone in the Target shopping center, behind the Deli Delicious (we face Auto Center Dr)

MONTH TO MONTH prices are

2 classes each week $119  

3 classes each week $149

6 classes each week $179

We also can split that payment into 2 smaller payments
