This is a free class with no obligation to sign up for a membership. Membership options and information will be provided after class. Along with any special deals we have for you.

You will need nothing at this class. We will supply boxing glove. Be dressed to workout! 

We are located at 5626 N Blackstone in the Target shopping center, behind the Deli Delicious (we face Auto Center Dr).
